All bookings are considered confirmed only once they have been validated.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellation or modification must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged partially or in full.
LATE ARRIVAL
In case of late arrival, the session may be shortened without any price adjustment to respect following appointments.
SERVICE AREA
I travel within Megève and surrounding areas, directly to your chalet, home, or hotel.
Travel fees may apply depending on location.
SERVICE CONDITIONS
A quiet, clean, and warm space must be provided for the session.
I bring all necessary equipment (massage table, linen, oils).
All treatments are strictly professional and non-medical.
HEALTH & CONTRAINDICATIONS
It is the client’s responsibility to inform me of any health issues, injuries, or medical conditions before the session.
In case of fever, infection, or serious condition, the massage may be refused.
